Statues at the Roman Baths

These amazing figures are part of an installation by the artist Sophie Ryder. She produces incredible sculptures of hares and other animals. Her main exhibition is being held at the Victoria Art Gallery as well as in the Abbey churchyard and here by the Roman Baths. This was the only way to capture the image without thousands of tourists standing in the way!

  2. We had a Sophie Ryder exhibit in Chelt back in the 90's. Here figures were placed all over town. They were so popular the Council bought the Minotaur and the Hare that is now on the Prom.

  6. superb photo of interesting statue. I am glad you enjoyed the pink Chihuly glass art on my site. Sorry for the delay in responding as I am traveling in Morocco. I have now moved to Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesin West series on my website. He is one of the great architects.
