With the British being as serious as they are about their gardening, it should be no surprise that you have some beautifully stocked flower shops. I have noticed from some of my travels that the British gardening culture is alive and well in the ex-empire, such as New Zealand and Victoria, British Columbia.

Beautiful.. you manage to make it look it even better in a photo..I think that flower is a member of the Chrysanthemum family.. but then again...Michele x

English flower shops are stocked with a different variety of species than here so it's always a surprise for me to see them. I saw the loveliest flower stall at Marylebone sunday farmers market, back in september (on my other blog) and I bought "cosmos", totally unknown here!!!You too, have a great summer, we'll get in touch again at the end of august/beginning of sept.
